Cattle Decapitation are currently mixing their fourth album with producer
Billy Anderson for an early 2009 release on
Metal Blade Records. This will mark the band's fourth release through
Metal Blade and is taking shape as a natural progression for the band musically and content-wise. The as-yet-untitled effort will feature some "amazing guest appearances" (to be announced soon), and round out this sharp instrument of gore-laden extreme metal. Songtitles set to appear on the Cd include
"Tooth Enamel & Concrete",
"Regret & the Grave",
"We Are Horrible People" and
"The Body Farm". The artwork will be designed by
Wes Benscoter.
