Zerosystem, the North Carolina-based band featuring guitarist Kyle Rakes (Bloodjinn), guitarist/singer Justin Reich and drummer Trey Harding, has parted ways with vocalist Joel Collins "due to Collins needing to dedicate more time to the upcoming Bloodjinn release." A replacement singer in the shape of Adam Cody (Glass Casket) has already been secured and two songs, "New Brand of Justice" and "Reaction", have been posted on the band's MySpace page. In mid-December, Zerosystem will shoot its first music video with Blake Faucette at All Aces Media.

Rakes, who is the main writer for Zerosystem, believes he has found his niche musically. He says, "This is something I've always wanted to do, and a whole different style of writing than I am use to with other projects I am involved with."
